The Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu7 715W Bifacial Solar Panel combines N-type TOPCon technology, 23.0% module efficiency, and up to 80% bifaciality for high energy generation from both sides. Featuring dual heat-strengthened glass, an IP68 junction box, excellent anti-PID and anti-LeTID performance, and a low temperature coefficient, it is an efficient and durable solution for commercial and utility-scale solar projects.
The Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu7 715W Bifacial Solar Panel is a high-power N-type TOPCon module developed for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar installations. Its bifacial glass-glass construction generates electricity from both the front and rear sides, allowing additional energy production from reflected sunlight.
The CS7N-715TB-AG delivers a rated front-side output of 715W with a module efficiency of 23.0%. Depending on installation structure, ground reflectivity, height, and tilt angle, bifacial gain can increase the effective power output to approximately 751W at 5% gain, 787W at 10% gain, and 858W at 20% gain.
The module uses 132 N-type TOPCon cells and features excellent anti-PID and anti-LeTID performance for reduced degradation and dependable long-term energy yield. Its low -0.29%/°C temperature coefficient supports better performance in hot climates.
Built with 2.0 mm heat-strengthened front and rear glass, an anodized aluminium frame, and an IP68 junction box, the panel is designed to withstand demanding outdoor environments. It supports a snow load of up to 5400 Pa and a wind load of up to 2400 Pa. Canadian Solar provides a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power performance warranty.
