Jinko Tiger Neo N-Type 640W Bifacial Solar Panel

The Jinko Tiger Neo N-Type 640W Bifacial Solar Panel is a high-power dual-glass solar module designed for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar projects. It combines advanced N-Type monocrystalline cells, SMBB technology, and Jinko’s Hot 2.0 technology to deliver high energy output, improved reliability, and low long-term degradation.

The JKM640N-78HL4-BDV provides a front-side rated output of 640W with module efficiency of up to 22.90%. Its bifacial design also generates additional electricity from sunlight reflected onto the rear surface, increasing total module output under suitable installation conditions.

According to the datasheet, rear-side power gain can increase the total output to approximately 672W at 5% gain, 736W at 15% gain, and 800W at 25% gain. This makes the panel particularly effective for installations over bright rooftops, concrete surfaces, light-coloured flooring, and other reflective ground conditions.

The panel uses 156 N-Type monocrystalline cells and a durable dual-glass structure consisting of 2.0mm anti-reflection coated front glass and 2.0mm heat-strengthened rear glass. Its IP68-rated junction box, anodized aluminium-alloy frame, and strong mechanical construction support dependable outdoor operation.

The module is certified to withstand wind loads of up to 2,400Pa and snow loads of up to 5,400Pa. Excellent anti-PID performance, reduced LID and LETID, and a low temperature coefficient help maintain stable energy production throughout the panel’s service life.

Jinko provides a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, with annual degradation limited to 0.40% and guaranteed output of 87.4% after 30 years.
