Description

The Canadian Solar HiHero+ 635W Bifacial HJT Solar Panel is engineered for powerful energy generation and long-term reliability. Built with Bifacial N-Type Heterojunction Technology, this module can generate electricity from both the front and rear sides, helping increase total energy output depending on installation structure, height, tilt angle, and ground reflection.

This model provides a front-side rated output of 635W with 23.5% module efficiency. Its bifacial design can produce extra power from the rear side, making it suitable for installations where higher energy yield is required.

The panel uses advanced HJT cell technology with a low temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C, which helps maintain better performance in hot weather conditions. It also offers excellent anti-LID, anti-LeTID, and anti-PID performance, reducing long-term degradation and supporting stable energy production.

With dual-glass construction, anodized aluminium alloy frame, IP68 junction box, and strong mechanical resistance, the module is built for demanding outdoor environments. It supports heavy snow load up to 5400 Pa and enhanced wind load up to 2400 Pa. Canadian Solar provides a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power performance warranty for this module.
